Cancellation Policy

  1. The cancellation of registration shall be mailed to knowcustoms20@gmail.com or on whatsapp No. 7678334649
  2. Cancellation of registration within 48 hours of payment done – Full amount will be refunded.
  3. Cancellation of registration after 48 hours but before 96 hours –75% of the amount paid will be refunded
  4. Cancellation of registration after 96 hours but before 10 days from the date of payment – 50% of the amount paid will be refunded
  5. Cancellation of registration after 10 days from the date of payment – NO REFUND WILL BE MADE
  6. IMPORTANT- If the application is rejected by the CUSTOMS then the amount paid will be refunded in full.
