F-Card
F – Card or Regulation 6 of Customs Broker Licensing Regulations;2018, examination which is conducted by NACIN (National Academy of
Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics)
ELIGIBILITY – As per Regulation 5 of CBLR 2018
On clearance of written as well as the corresponding oral examination,
the licence is granted.
SCOPE – Customs Broker Licensing empowers the licencee to act as an
agent on behalf of the importer or exporter, for the purpose of
transaction of any business relating to the entry or departure of
conveyances, or the import or export of goods at any Customs Station
including audit. The licencee also has the opportunity to appear before
Customs & Appellate Tribunal as authorised representative as per section
146A of Customs Act, 1962
An applicant shall be allowed a maximum of six attempts to clear the
examination

7 AM to 9 AM
Saturday and Sunday
9 AM to 11 AM

F-Card Interview
The very word conjures up an atmosphere of anxiety and restlessness, but it is an art you have to master, for which you will be adequately marshalled to come out successful. G-Card
This examination is held under sub-regulation 5 of Regulation 13 of Customs Broker Licensing Regulation, 2018. It is conducted by the Assistant Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner of Customs Policy Section of the Customs Comissionerate across the country. Only written examination and no interview.
ELIGIBILITY – 10 + 12 pass and shall be employed by a Customs Broker.
The applicant shall be allowed a maximum of 4 attempts to clear the
examination.
Scope – The applicant, if graduate and has 2 years experience as G – Card
holder can appear for F – Card without having professional degrees.
Have the opportunity to get the first hand practical experience of the
complex Customs clearance processes.
